I have given my life to Jesus Christ to be used for His glory.  He is my Lord.  I will never be able to repay Him, the debt I owe, but I will live my life as a forgiven and loved child of the King.  It is my desire that all will come to know my Savior and follow Him with all their hearts. My husband David and I have been blessed with 3 kids and 4 grandchildren. I retired in 2012 from Whirlpool after 35 years of service and have been working as a Financial Representative for Modern Woodmen of America for over 6 years.

My church home has been Marion First Church of the Nazarene for 28 years.  I have been privileged to serve in several ministries there: Sunday school teacher of all ages, Celebrate Recovery volunteer, Adopt-a-Block, choir, church board to name some.  I feel a sense of urgency to reach those who are lost in life and away from God.  They come from all demographics and have a myriad of issues.  Often folks aren’t even aware of their separation from God because life seems to be going well, but all ‘fall short of the glory of God…..” My heart goes out to all, so I don’t limit my outreach.  It is best to allow God to direct my steps and the steps of those who he sends across my path.

It is my privilege to sit on a governing board for VOH where the most precious of life, the innocent unborn, are protected and prayed over.  The mothers and fathers of these precious babies are in as much need of prayer and protection as their babies are.  Jesus can change the hardest hearts and will honor the most earnest prayers of His children.  It is a privilege to sit on the front row of watching these miracles occur!  All the praise and glory goes to God!
